We have been looking for a horse for my 11 yr old daughter for some time now, and after speaking to Lisa, decided to drive down (2 hrs) to look at two horses. My daughter fell in love w/a 12 yr old gelding paint (Alamo). After riding him, it was easy to see they were a great match. Lisa and other staff were wonderful, and on the way home we decided to put down a holding deposit on him. I’m picking Alamo up Wednesday, so hopefully when we get him all will go as good as what we have experienced with ARanchHorse so far. Brady
My wife and I have been wanting to purchase two horses for 20 years. We finally decided the time is now since our three children are now all grown. I began researching available horses in Texas. I looked at hundreds of horses on many websites and spoke to many horse owners, but never had a comfortable feeling with any of them. I fortunately found aranchhorse and was pleasantly surprised that I got to speak to someone that I believed was totally honest with me. Lisa the owner was so helpful answering all my questions and made recommendations on what horses would be a good or not a good fit for my wife and Me. Also, I could contact her anytime with additional questions. My wife and I decided to make the 700 mile round trip to go meet and ride the horses. Our agreement was to meet the horses on Friday and ride them on Saturday. Since we are both beginners, we wanted horses that were very well trained and behaved. As stated on the website, both horses were exactly as described. They are well trained and are perfect for our current skill level. They two we chose was Monte a 10 year old painted gelding, and Diamond a 10 year old sorrel mare. We truly love these two and look forward to many years of riding and ownership. We highly recommend Aranchhorse if you are looking for a sound horse. They are completely honest and will provide you with a quality horse. My wife and I purchased a horse from A Ranch Horse and was very happy with our horse. The horse was what they said it to be. They told us it was not for a beginner rider and they told us the truth. We didn’t want a dead head but we wanted something that will get up and go. The horse is perfect horse for us. No health problems and they are very helpful with all of our questions. We purchased a horse from aranchhorse for our 11 year old daughter on December 7, 2016. I drove the 3 hours to ride him after reading the description and seeing the video and he rode JUST AS DESCRIBED. However, I was still nervous about purchasing, only due to a previous horse purchase the month before (were lied to; horse was unsafe for my daughter ! !). My husband and I came unannounced a week later and Lisa was so gracious and kind; she allowed me to ride him again and then ok’d a vet of our choice to come do a pre purchase exam. We took him home that afternoon ! ! He is absolutely the most incredible horse ! Our daughter is completely in love with him ! ! Lisa is not only very kind, she is honest and trustworthy ! She keeps a small number of horses and they’re kept in a clean, comfortable environment. (If you’ve been looking for horse within this price range, you know this is rare !) She truly has a heart for matching good horses with the right people. I just can’t say enough about our experience and our amazing new family member ! Hello ! In March I was given eclipse as a 16th birthday present. From the day I tried him out we’ve clicked, and as both of our training continues I cannot believe what a sweet honest guy he is for being only 5. I have to thank you all so much for making it possible for him to be in my life ! He is a barn favorite and has such a goofy character, he is definelty an eye turner ! I bought 2 horses from A Ranch Horse, expecting the worst and hoping for the best. They are EXACTLY as advertised, and better. They are not only easy to catch in the pasture, they come when called. They are so gentle, and expected them to be hard mouth as so gentle, but they are very soft mouth and response as can be. I have had many horses in the past, and even raised cutting quarters, but these two saddlebred paints are the love of my life, because of their personality and absolutely LOVE them. Thanks. I purchased Pokey from Aranch horse a couple of months ago. The staff was fantastic. They gave me all the information on Pokey and they were so honest. I bought Pokey without seeing him in person or riding him. They delivered him to me and he passed his vet check with flying colors. He is fantastic and just what I was looking for. I purchased Brownie last year. She is doing great. She has gained nicely and looks fantastic. I have been on two rather extreme trail ride on her over the past two weekend and she did not let any of the gaited horses leave her in the dust. I bought a gaited mule from these girls and he is just like they said he was. I saw him advertised and looked at the video and paid a deposit within 2 hrs after I found him. It took me five days to get to go ride him and pick him up due to my workschedule, the arrangement with aranchhorse was very professional and pleasant. I was able to find the perfect ride for me andthis mule has a home for the rest of his life. I drove 8.5 hours to pick him up and don’t regret a minute. Great experience. Randy, MS

Just wanted to let you know that Teddy is great. My granddaughter Kate (11) loves him. After school yesterday she spent 3 hours with Teddy brushing, petting etc. Teddy behaved wonderfully. Kate and her brother (14) rode him bareback (as they ride the donkey). This is the exact type horse I had in mind when I started the search last year. He will be will loved and taken care of. Hi Lisa & Dustin, Just wanted to let you know that Sand Dollar, my Tennessee Walker I bought from you in January, has added such a dimension to my life. Having not ridden in 40 years, I was a little leery of my boy, and since he was basically a rescue, I had no way of knowing how he was treated or trained in his previous life. We’ve gotten to know one another pretty well in the past 4 months. He’s turned out to be such a big ole’ mama’s boy that I’ve had to set some boundaries for him, which he’s slowly learning to accept. He’s still a little confused about his gaits, but we’re working on them, and riding him on a good day is like riding a marble, smooth as glass. It’s such a thrill to see him really lay ’em down, arch his neck and let that tail fly ! It’s hard to find a Walker in these parts, but he was worth the search. Hope to see you again soon. We put a down payment on a horse and a week later were able to make the 290 mile trip to pick it up. The horse was just too green and really did not meet my needs at all. Without any fuss the down payment was transfered to the purchase of another horse that actually fit my needs. We rode and tried out several horses before Catlin, Clay and I were satasfied. Just want to give you guys an update on my horse ! Bought her just over a month ago from you guys and she is by far thee best first horse I could ever ask for. Was a little iffy about her feet being in bad condition. But had them treated and they should be back to normal soon ! I ride her everyday mainly with just halter and reins, needless to say she does great. Hasn’t spooked with me once since i have had her. She stands when I saddle her and follows me around like a giant puppy dog ! She is excellent around kids and other horses/animals. Going to be getting her into search and rescue with the sheriffs posse in a couple months ! Super excited. I’m so very thankful for the horse you guys sold me. Several moths ago my daughter and I purchased 3 Horses HB, Sugar and TGIF (aka Friday). We had never owned horses before and were by No means experts. We wondered as we waited for the three to be delivered if we could have possibly bitten of more than we could chew. With Sugar and her cribbing, and HB and Friday still underweight and having old surface injuries that needed a little TLC and Fish Oil. We now have 3 beautiful healthy horses. Well mannered and great to ride. We love all three of our Babies and wish there was a way to send pictures. Its hard to believe what big healthy Gentlemen HB and Friday turned out to be, Sugar still a cribber when she can get away with it, but she is such a sweetheart ! ! We bought Spark Plug and had him shipped, based on the video and your recommendation for a calm, safe trail horse. Having never bought a horse without testing and seeing first we were leery, but from day one, this horse has far exceeded all of our expectations. We are experienced horse people with 3 other horses. This horse is well trained, very broke, sound and an absolute beauty. He even knows how to bow ! He is an “in your pocket’ guy who loves people. To everyone reading this testimonial, I just want to say this is the place to go if you want a good horse and great help ! My family and I had looked and looked and looked for a pretty horse and found little to nothing… until we found Saw Dust (who we have decided to rename Maverick) ! He was (and is) gorgeous, but we thought it was too good to be true. But sure enough, when we got there we were nothing close to disappointed on how he turned out !
