A Farrier is a must. You will need to take care of your horses feet every 6 to 8 weeks. The horses feet are the most important part of the horse. If the horses hooves are not kept up, they can have a lot of problems down the road.

Do your research to how much money will cost to take care of your horse. (Vet, Board, Feed, Hay, Farrier, Vaccines, Worming)

8. Transportation.
Do your research on how you are going to transport your new horses home.
