Name Southern Comfort
Breed Gaited Molly Mule
Southern Comfort is a 14.3, 12 year old gaited Molly Mule. This is a very nice short stout mule that has been used all her life for riding, hunting and packing in and out of the mountains. Southern Comfort is one really nice mule that you will drive hundreds of miles trying to find. She is very broke with a nice gait that is smooth and very good neck rein and whoa! Southern Comfort is a good riding mule for both children and adults. She is not barn or buddy sour!!!!!! It’s real hard to find a good mule that will ride out alone without screaming and not running a child back to the barn. Easy to load, unload, tie, takes a bit, picks up front feet good, easy to halter and takes a bath. She does have one fault if you could call it that and that’s, that she doesn’t like her ears messed with, so you have to unsnap the bridle and bring over the neck or take your time and pull it over the ears. That’s her only fault that we have found. She hasn’t offered to buck, bite, kick or rear and comes up to the barn when called in. Southern Comfort is a excellent mule and is broke the best! She has also been used fore penning, sorting and working cattle as well as has been on many trail rides around wagons and other horses and mules. She doesn’t kick at other horses or mules for getting behind her. . We was told she will also pull a wagon, but we have no harness or wagon to test that out so selling her as a riding mule.
