Horse Sale Policies
DEPOSIT
A $300.00 deposit is required to hold a horse for 7 days.
The $300.00 Deposit will go towards the purchase price.
If you decide that the horse is not what you are looking for the deposit will be transferred to another horse. You have 60 days to use your deposit on another horse. You must have receipt in hand.
If two deposits are applied you can not apply both deposit to one horse.
Deposits are Non Refundable but Transferable.
RETURN POLICY
NO MONEY REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
You will have a 3 day exchange from the date of contract.
You will have 3 days to return the horse back to A Ranch Horse If you can not return the horse within the 3 days, you must make arrangement with an employee of A Ranch Horse. A Ranch Horse will never pay for Transport / Shipping of said horse.
You can choose another horse for equal or lesser value.
Horse MUST come back in the same or better condition. If the horse is altered the in anyway the return policy will be null and voided. For example cutting of mane, tall or hooves.
The buyer is responsible for all transportation of the said horse.
If an Employee of A Ranch Horse states that they do no recommend this horse for particular uses or riding skills the return policy is null and voided.
If the buyer negotiates on price, you are purchasing the horse as is NO Exchange.
If the horse is on sale, the return policy is null and voiced. No Exchanges. Unless you pay the regular price.
If the horse is under $1000.00 you are purchasing the horse as is. NO Exchanges.
If the horse is a rescue you are purchasing the horse as is. NO Exchanges.
If the horse is a project horse, the horse will not be ridden and you will be purchasing the horse as is. No Exchanges.
If you purchase a horse that is a private owner you are purchasing the horse as is NO Exchanges.
If the horse is on sale, there is NO exchange.
There is only one trade per horse purchase.
SHIPPING / TRANSPORTING
Shipping/Transporting is sole responsibility of the buyer. If requested A Ranch Horse will Ship/Transport horse(s) for the fee of $2.00 per loaded mile.
