HORSE BILL OF SALE
THERE IS A $50.00 CHARGE FOR ALL RETURN CHECKS

3. The horse(s) will be kept at the stables in the amount of $ 8.50 per day until the horse(s) is paid in full Additionally, the buyer(s) agree to pay all incidental costs that may be incurred (vet, Farrier, training, etc.) during this time.
4. The sellers warrant they have a clear title to said horse. A Ranch Horse acts only as an agent for said horse(s) that are on consignment.
5. Delivery of horse(s) is responsibility of the buyer.
6. In the event that the Buyer is unable to complete the transaction in full, the horse(s) will be returned to A Ranch Horse in satisfactory condition, the sale will be nullified and all payments made will be forfeited.
7. All original paperwork, if any, on said horse(s) will be given to buyer upon the completion of sale.
8. THE SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HIDDEN/UNKNOWN ILLNESSES OR DEFECT OF SAID HORSE
